Terms of service
Last updated 6 October 2026
Plain English. Use Keny for lawful work. Your campaign content stays yours. Keny is provided as it is while we are in early access, which means we do not promise it will never break. You can stop and delete everything at any time.
These terms are an agreement between you and Yoav Cabili, trading as Keny ("Keny", "we"). By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.
Who can use Keny
You must be 16 or older. You must give accurate account details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Signing in
You sign in with your email address and a password, or with Google, Microsoft or your company's single sign-on where we offer it. Our authentication provider, Supabase, stores your password as a one-way hash, so Keny never sees it. The sign-in and sign-up forms run Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are human before the form submits, and Cloudflare's privacy policy and terms apply to that check. The privacy policy sets out what each of them receives.
Your content
Everything you put into a workspace stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, to show it to the people you share it with, and to back it up. We do not use your content to train machine-learning models, and we do not look at it except when you ask us to help or when security or the law requires it.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. If you believe something in Keny uses your work without permission, write to legal@keny.io.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or use Keny to help someone else break it.
- Upload content you have no right to use, or anything unlawful.
- Try to reach other customers' data, or probe, scan or overload the service.
- Resell or white-label Keny without our written agreement.
We may suspend an account that does these things. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Plans and payment
Keny is free to use while it is in early access. There is no charge and no card on file.
If we introduce paid plans, we will set out the price, the billing period, when the renewal happens and how to cancel, right next to the payment button, and you will have to agree to those terms before any charge is made. We will email you the same details after purchase, and any free trial will get a reminder before the first charge. Cancelling will be a button inside the app, not an email you have to send.
Availability
Keny is in early access and is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service-level guarantee yet. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time in Account settings, which removes your data. We may end this agreement with reasonable notice, or immediately if you breach these terms. If we discontinue the service we will give you notice and time to export your work.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Keny is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Keny after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
